The synchro is OP because it cannot be destroyed and gains atk, but he already has a high atk.

Out of curiosity, did anyone not see that this is a level 9 monster? A few of these comments seem like it's being judged as a level 8 monster. As far as things go, i have trouble seeing it as an OP level 9.

It can't be destroyed by battle, card effects still screw this guy over without any support. Besides, I don't think a monster with over 3000 ATK is going to be worried about being destroyed by another monster without effect.

Also, Gragonith has 2000 ATK and gains 300 ATk for each Lightsworn in the Graveyard, and that could be an easy 3000 for a 1 tribute monster, doesn't make it OP'd at all.
