Emperor's effect seems OP'd, basically preventing death at the cost of a Neo-Flamvell from your deck and returning it with his first effect making him and his partners un-targetable. Some of the same applies to the Tuner. lulz at it being lv 6 but it's effect would be kinda abuseable combined with the Synchro (and various other cards, *coughfoolishburialandlightsworncough*. Other than that these are some sweet cards. Art: 10/10 (Winz ) OCG: 10/10 (Flawless) Balance: 8/10 (read above) Originality: 10/10 (Tuner and Synchro are quite different strategy-wise than the other Neo Flamvells) Overall:9.5/10 Sweet cards man.
