I made this card and then b/c of the effect, I might use it for here to, the pic isn't the greates, and the effect is ok, but the def is what I fear I may have too high.

They should be Tokens, not counters. Counters are placed on cards, tokens on the field. It's DEF is unbelievably high, especially since it operates out of the graveyard. This could easily be a Level 1 monster with 0 ATK/DEF. Also, it's last effect needs to be optional.

Other than that, great card. I can't rate it in it's current state, but it's original and useable.

I'm pretty sure that tokens can be placed in the Spell/Trap card zone if the effect says so. Also, it's DEF Is an issue because it would give it 10 level stars on it's own, plus an extra 1 or 2 for it's effect. Also, I think the OCG for the effect would be written differently, maybe

Where do you think its gaining levels? I have said nothing on it, oh well, it's just an idea, and even if I made them tokens, it really wouldn't make it the same....Its meant to disappear after the first turn, and counters can be used without cards I'm sure, if not, i'll ask Max how to fix this card effect better, but I'll change the DEF here in a few.

My bad. I don't mean it gains levels, I meant the DEF alone would make it a level 10, and with it's effect added it would definitely be a level 12
