Holy cow! I like what you've done with this card. The one issue I do have is with the LV 4 version, and that's it's absurdly low attack power. 800 ATK would basically make it a suicide monster, thus you would almost always have to use a Level Up! card in order to get the other versions, unless he's in defense mode and your opponent is using a weak monster. Now if you boosted up the ATK to 1200 and the DEF 1800 (Kinda Like V-Tiger Jet, though that's a Normal monster), I would find the massive jump in ATK for later versions to be more feasible. At least have the ATK be 1000, so it can actually kill most lower-level monsters. The other versions are awesome.

There's also a small OCG error in the LV 4 version as well. Instead of saying "During the End Phase of the turn this card destroyed an opponent's monster by this effect, by sending this face-up card to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Saint Beast Black Phoenix LV6" from your hand or Deck," have it say this:

"During the End Phase of the turn this card destroyed an opponent's monster by this effect, send this face-up card to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1"Saint Beast Black Phoenix LV6" from your hand or Deck."

...Which is basically the same thing, only a little prettier so that the words flow together more.

Otherwise, I give this a 9/10. 10/10 if you make the suggested changes.

Also, this is just an opinion thing, but I think you should switch the artwork for LV 6 and LV 8. The LV 6 artwork looks a little too epic for the card, if you know what I mean.

These are much less terrible than most cards posted around here.

It seems a little meh since you pretty much have to drop a Book or Waboku, and the final restult is just a battle winner, though.
