Type/Attr: 4/5 - Parshaths are usually Fairy-Type, but then again iit's a Lightsworn. Still i think it would be better as a fairy.
Name/Level: 4/5 - Name original, nothing too special. Level OK, maybe add 1 more?

Balance: 8/10 - It may be a little OP'd considering the damage you can cause withh two attack the first turn. Plus it doesn't hav much cost to it's effect except for the deck discarding. Maybe change it to 2 cards during each End Phase? Anyway with the ATK & DEF + the effect, it's pretty darn good.

Overall: 8.4/10

You need to seriously cut down on your thread posting. You are currently breaking a rule that prohibits an action called Flooding. Flooding is posting an excess amount of threads/posts in a short space of time. From the looks of it, you've posted 5 threads in less than an hour, in quick succession. You need to stop.

OP. There is no cost for attacking twice and with such high attack, you can wipe the field clean of plenty of Synchros/Other monsters, and inflict top damage. Another thing that makes it OP is it's LS. Abusable.
