Tribute Fodder

Hmm. I think I need help with an explanation why this card acctually can be playable. I just see it as a tribute floating around, changing side every turn, waiting to be tributed. In that case, your opponent can use it for a Summon too, thats not good. Even a Kuriboh should be better as tribute, cause it dont move to your opponents side of the field + it has some ATK and DEF. Well, if you changed the effect so it was Special Summoned to your opponents side of the field on your opponents End Phase, you could attack it with your own monster. Because its on your opponents side of the field, your opponent takes damage. Like a direct attack, even when your opponent has monsters on his/her side of the field. As I said, this card needs an explanation, so I give this a 4/10. If anyone explains it to me, I might give higher rating.

My bad. I forgot the final effect-Your opponent cannot tribute this card. It was supposed to be a Token during their turn, tribute during yours. basically, it fills up a monster zone.
