Light Guardians

Hi, this is the "Light Guardian" Set I made which consist of 15 LIGHT monsters and 10 Light-supporting Spell and Traps. This is a very well balanced Set (with the exception of "Raidyn" which falls under the category of "Limited"), and I am rather proud of it.

Lore: If you control 4 LIGHT monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can add 1 LIGHT monster that is removed or in your graveyard to your hand, and increase your Life Point equal to that monster's DEF. All face-up LIGHT monsters cannot be destroyed or removed by Trap or DARK Monster Effects. The DEF of this card is equal to the combined DEF of all LIGHT monsters on your field. This card cannot be removed from the field when you control another "Light Guardians" except "Light Guardian - Raidyn the Light".

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian(s)", you can Normal Summon this card without any Tributes. This card can declare an attack to every monster your opponent controls during the same Battle Phase. This card cannot be destroyed in battle and takes no Battle Damage during your turn only. Put a Pure Counter on the monster(s) this card attacks at the end of the Damage Step. When a LIGHT monster declares an attack on a monster with a Pure Counter, reduce that monster's ATK and DEF to 0 until the end of the Damage Step.

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian(s)", you can Normal Summon this card without any Tributes. This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase if you control less monsters than your opponent. When this card declares an attack, your opponent cannot activate any Spell, Trap or Monster Effects until the end of the Damage Step, and you can return up to 2 Spell or Trap on your opponent's side of the field to your opponent's hand.

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian", you can Tribute Summon this card with only 1 Tribute. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Point, remove the top 1 card on your opponent's Deck from play and you draw 1 card from your Deck.

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian", you can Tribute Summon this card with only 1 Tribute. When a monster your opponent controls declares an attack or activates its effect, you can discard this card in your hand to negate the attack or effect. You then randomly add a card from your Deck to your Hand. If the card added is a monster card, your opponent's monster is removed from play, and Special Summon this card from your graveyard to your field. During your Main Phase 1, you can return this face-up card on your side of the field to your hand.

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian", you can Tribute Summon this card with only 1 Tribute. When this card attacks a monster with higher ATK or DEF than this card's ATK, destroy that card without applying any Damage. If this card battles with a monster in DEF Position whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference to your opponent's Life Point as Battle Damage.

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian", you can Tribute Summon this card with only 1 Tribute. This card gains 200 ATK for every other "Light Guardian" monsters on your field. If this card attacks a Defense Position Monster, negate that monster's effect and reduce its DEF to 0. When this card destroy a monster as a result of battle, it can attack once again in a row.

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When you have taken 1000 or more Damage in a turn, during the End Phase of that turn, increase your Life Point by half of the total damage you took. Every time your Life Point increases, put a Revive Counter on this card. You can remove 1 Revive Counter to send 1 card in your graveyard to your Deck. Then shuffle your Deck and draw 1 card. Increase this card's DEF by 300 for each Revive Counter on the field.

Lore: If you control a "Light Guardian", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During your End Phase, put 1 Barrier Counter on a card on your side of the field. If a card with a Barrier Counter(s) were to be destroyed, 1 Barrier Counter is removed instead. Then, draw 1 card from your Deck, and if you draw a LIGHT monster, increase your Life Points by 2000. If not, increase your opponent's Life Points by 2000. Increase this card's DEF by 300 for each Barrier Counter on the field.

When this card inflict Battle Damage to your opponent, put 1 Light Counter on a LIGHT monster you control. Monsters with Light Counters can change to Defense Position during the End Phase. When a monster with a Light Counter(s) declares an attack, you can remove 1 Light Counter to change the attack target's Position. Increase this card's DEF by 300 for each Light Counter on the field.

While this card is in face-up Defense Position on your side of the field, your opponent can only select this card as an attack target.

This card's Attribute is also treated as LIGHT while face-up on the field or in the graveyard. There can only be 1 face-up "Shiseiju" on the field at a time. No monsters can be destroyed by card effects or in battle unless the difference between the ATK of the attacking monster and the DEF of the attack target is 3000 or higher (Damage still applies normally). Any Battle Damage this card deals to your opponent is doubled.

Lore: This card cannot be Special Summoned except Ritual Summon.This card can only be Ritual Summoned with "Last Light of Hope". When any card activates its effect, negate the effect and remove that card from play (except "Light Guardians"). No effects can be activated in response to this effect's activation. Increase this card's ATK by 1000 for other different "Light Guardian" on your side of the field. When this card's ATK is equal to 8000 or higher, remove every card on your opponent's field and hand.

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Light Guardian - Aurel the Lord" from your Hand. You can only activate this card when you have 10 different "Light Guardians" on your field or graveyard. You must also Tribute 1 or more monsters that have the sum of their Level equal to 12 or higher, from your Hand or Field. No card effects can be activated in response to this card's activation.

Lore: You can add this card to your Hand from your graveyard when you have successfully Normal Summoned a "Light Guardian". During either players' turn, the first LIGHT monster that would be destroyed is not destroyed. You can skip your Draw Phase to add 1 "Light Guardian" from your Deck to your Hand, then shuffle your Deck. When a LIGHT monster(s) you control is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster with equal or lower Level than the destroyed monster from your Deck or Extra Deck during the End Phase.

Lore: Activate only when "Light Guardian - Raidyn the Light" is face-up on your side of the field. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase, if a LIGHT monster you control battles a monster your opponent controls with higher ATK or DEF than your monster, reduce your opponent's monster's ATK or DEF to 0 during the Damage Step only. This card is destroyed when "Light Guardian - Raidyn the Light" is not on your side of the field. If this card is sent to the graveyard while "Light Guardian - Raidyn the Light" is on your side of the field, it is sent to the top of your Deck instead.

Lore: Activate only when your opponent's monster declares an attack and "Light Guardian - Raidyn the Light" is the only monster on your side of the field. Discard 1 card from your Hand to negate the attack and Special Summon 1 "Light Guardian - Aurel the Lord" from your graveyard, ignoring the Summoning Conditions, in face-up Attack Position. As long this card is face-up on the field, "Light Guardian - Aurel the Lord" Special Summoned by this card will have its ATK and DEF reduced to 0, cannot change Position, effect negated, and cannot be destroyed in battle. Neither players can Summon or Set monsters, and negate all Spell, Set Trap and Monster Effects (except "Light Guardian - Raidyn the Light").

- Return this card to your Deck. Shuffle your Deck and Draw 1 card.
- Remove this card and another card on your field from play and Special Summon as many removed LIGHT monster(s) as possible to your side of the field.
