Dragon7OP
I made this card to boost the monsters that no one uses-the weakest cards in the game. Feel free to judge. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
I like the concept. But the combined total of ALL monsters in your Graveyard? The effects part is kind of irrelevant more than anything, as you'd only run Lv1 Normal monsters in a 'Human-Wave Tactics', 'Triangle Power', 'Delta Attack' combination Deck (I don't know what they're known as, I've always wanted to make one but never did ) Change it to 'This card can only be equipped to a Level 2 or lower Normal monster. The equipped monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the combined ATK and DEF of all Level 2 or lower Normal monsters in your Graveyard.' and you will have made a quite good card. The pic and name suits it btw.

If it is anything other than a Level 1 monster, due to the nature of dueling today, this is a pathway to an ultimate combo. 1 or 2 specific monsters in the graveyard could make you invincible.
In one sentence you summed up the current state of your card as it currently is. Two standard Level 4 Effect monsters in your Graveyard, then suddenly you can bring out MokeyMokey/Gigabyte/Skull Servant/whatever, equip it with this and it becomes a 4000 ATK beatstick with an amalgamation of nice effects thrown in. And that's just with two Lv4 monsters in the Graveyard. Let's say we chuck a 'Stardust Dragon' and 'XYZ' in there at random as well, suddenly Skull Servant has nearly 10,000 ATK, is immune to everything, and can destroy anything with a simple discard. Do I need to go on...

-Griffin
I like how you released a card that supports some of the most popular and powerful Decks in the game, then claim it supports unused cards.
Shinwa
Concept is good but card is OPed ... 1. Use Card Destruction ( IMBA , if you have at least 3 monster in your hand your card would be pwning ) 2. Graceful Charity ( again draw cards and send then a monster to the Graveyard ) 3. Dunno but can effects be reversed ? There is a card where you opponent must discard as many cards as you ... what if he uses "Needle Worm" 3 times on you ? This is too OPed ... Too many Chances to discard a monster... maybe put a limit of turns on it ( After your 3rd End Phase, destroy this card ) or something like this.
Yeah. i was considering that, but i wanted to see what people thought of the OP'd Version before i lower it's power. It's been changed. Sаmurai
It needs expanding on. It's overpowered, say you had a Level 8 monster in your graveyard and another level 5 monster in your graveyard, used that spell and BOOM! You've got yourself an overpowered level 3 or whatever monster. So it needs work.
Lexadin
Do I really have to say more? OP till eternity. Perhaps if it only gains 1 monsters effect, yeah maybe then it will be ballanced.
Dragon7OP
I don't mean to be disrepectful, but everyone is ignoring one simple fact. it has to be a Level 1 Normal Monster, and i can only think of 2 situations where that kind of monster would be used. 1.) You have a Mokey Mokey deck or such that utilizes spell/trap cards to boost them OR 2.) You randomly place it in your deck so it can be used with this card. Now, both of these have Major flaws. if used in situation 1, your graveyard would be mostly Level 1 Normal monsters, rendering it significantly weaker. in situation 2, the odds of drawing and keeping both these cards long enough for them to have true power ranges from Little to No Freaking Way. i could be wrong, but that's the basis that the card was made with. Kuri
How about this (for a better variety) This card can only be equipped to a Level 3 or lower Normal Monster. During your Standby Phase you can select and remove from play 1 Effect Monster in your Graveyard to have the equipped monster gain the selected monster's effect(s) until End Phase. Truly a nice card. 8/

No. That means you wouldn't use this card. Bottom line, this card is powerful, but no one would use it. No one uses this kind of monster more than maybe 1 card in 2 decks.
