Generic revival > this. But this is the best Synchro revival card we have. Compare to Descending Lost Star, Wicked Rebirth, etc. This has no restrictions on the effect or ability to attack, doesn't bind itself to the monster, and the only cost is to remove monsters whose level equal the Synchros, again with no specifications or restrictions. The only REAL trick is this card only works on Dragon Synchros.

Is it the most amazing card to grace the earth? No. Is it at least an excellent card for Dragon Synchro based decks or strategies that use a speciific Dragon Synchro, like Shooting Star, Scar-Red, Assault Modes, etc? Yes.
