RAEGING D0GKING
Effect This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 4 monsters on your side of the field and removing from play 2 cards in your hand. Once per turn you can discard 1 Monster Card to add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. If you use this effect this card cannot attack this turn. During each of your End Phases reduce this cards ATK and DEF points by 1500. When this cards ATK and DEF become 0, destroy this card. This cards effect cant be negated. Face McShooty
why is this in realistic?
Stan Alda
With the high costs, the 6000 attack almost makes sense. It's still way overpowered, though; slap this into a Swarm deck and you'll have more than enough useless tribute fodder. Also, in the very last sentence, don't use "can't"; use "cannot" (can you not tell I am a grammar Nazi?) I'd lower the ATK and DEF a bit, probably to 5000. Finally, the picture seems strange to me. I know the Buddha was originally an Indian prince, but nevertheless... I'll give you an 8.2/10; if anything, for the sheer audacity of making a monster with 6000 original ATK and DEF and trying to make it balanced at the same time. RAEGING D0GKING
If I change it to 5000 then I would have to change its reducing ATK part to 1000 which would make it more OP.
Y.M.R.creator
His attack and defence is too much and he's hard to summon. And when you summon it, it's attack decreases turn after turn. I give it a 5/

I give it a 5/10
You didn't see the other effects...you just commented the summoning conditions and "Lowering ATK effect", nothing else. This card is...idk. I agree with whoever that the ATK should be 5000 'cause that's the current maximum in TCG/OCG (I think). This card is pretty ambitious, and that's why I sort of like it. True, it's summoning conditions are terrible. I think that "Remove 2 cards from play" summoning condition is unnecessary. Also, if you put it's ATK to 5000, then make the "Lowering ATK effect" to 1000, not 1500...or maybe even 800. The name is epic ;D. This "Adding Spell Cards effect" is sorta good. The last effect makes this card more powerful. So...that's my CnC, =D.
.:Black Rose:.
Wow. Couldn't you have thought of a more... original name? Still the card is pretty decent and all OP's are balanced out with drawbacks and costs. 7.5/
