My First Card (Purple-Eyes Gray Dragon)

Ok so this is my first card, I created it because of my fascination of Red-Eyes Black Dragon and Blue-Eyes White Dragon. I have no experience with creating pictures so i cannot create one.

can not be Normal Summoned or Set. When a Dragon-Type
monster from your side of the field is sent to the graveyard
increase your ATK by that monsters DEF for 2 turns.

It would be greatly appreciated if any of the below would be posted

1. Lightly pointing out my mistakes.
2. Ratings of my card.
3. A picture for my card. =O
4. Any notice of me Necrobumping or stuff like that without knowing.
5. Other things a newb like me would need to know.

First of all, to post the card, make it, click on it, copy the IMG code under it, and paste it on your thread. OCG: The first effect could just be like this: "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" + "Blue Eyes White Dragon" or, if you didn't want it to use Polymerization, just add in () You do not use Polymerization. I'll tell you the rest later, I need to go.
