This card's effect is very very original. I'd change the OCG to Once per turn, if you control a face-up Trap Card, you can Special Summon 1 Winged-Beast type monster from your Graveyard whose ATK is equal or less than the turn count [b]x200[/b].

I guess x100 to Summon a monster with 1000 it'd take 10 turns, which is too much. x200 or x300 should be great.

Overall I give it a 9.3/10 ;)

It is very original, though with the high attack it may be a little abusable. I'd change it to a lvl 3 and give it 1500 ATK to balance the effect out. Only other problem is that the pic is a little blurry, though I can understand how hard finding good images is. Winged-Beasts need more support these days, especially the Harpies.

For a perfect OCG change the old-style "on your side of the field" to "if you control a face-up Trap Card." --> it's the new style as you can see in any new official TCG set/card. Also I agree with him, the ATK for 1500 would be really better and lvl to 3. Agreed. Update and I'd give a 10/10.

Oh and don't put x100. It'd take 10 turns, dear person above, because 10x100 = 1000. It's too much time for a Summoning of a 1000 ATK monster. So please topic creator change the x100 to x200. It would make a perfect monster. ;) regards!

Thanks and I got the picture from jazin kay's archive but it came out blurry when I made the card and I'll fix the OCG and decrease its attack

What file type did you save it as? I believe PNG is usually a better type, but I'm not sure if the Card Maker accepts PNG since I use the Magic Set Editor now.
