Fusing Spell Cards together to make a powerful monster. You heard. [spoiler=Spell Fusion w/ monster] [img]http://img600.imageshack.us/img600/3231/258150d.jpg[/img] Lore: This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by the effect of 'Spell Fusion'. You can only control 1 'Archmagus the High Sorcerer' at any time. This card is unaffected by your opponents Spell Cards. Once per turn, you can add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand instead of conducting your Draw Phase (the Deck is then shuffled). Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max 3). You can remove 3 Spell Counter from this card to remove 1 card on the field from play. Isn't even worth taking a point off of the review, actually! XD Still, this reminds me of a really old episode of the YGO anime, when Yugi fused Mamoth Graveyard to that arrow-card-thing. But this is better, since you're fusing spells instead of a spell and a monster. I missed the first 5 minutes of that episode, so I just switched on to see Yugi grinning from behind a wall of Kuriboh while Mammoth's skull somehow implanted itself in BEUD and crippled it. [/quote] I've had them saved for usage for months now, so I can't remember. Think it may have been 5D's archive as that was the one I used at the start. I don't think the images look to bad, given their swirling and being fused together I don't find the pic quality that detrimental. Thanks for the positive comments guys, you all seem to like this cards better than I do if I'm honest. I did this to try the concept and I'm happy with the way the two main cards turned out, but I actually don't particularly rate either of the monster cards that highly, at all. The second I saw the name of this thread I was urged to click. It wasn't a mistake. The summoning conditions require a -2 with 2 Continuous Spell cards; that means it's very hard to pull off. Almost as hard as Hamon. Wait. Wait. Wait! That reminds me. It can be abused in CRYSTAL BEASTS!!!!!!! It can even bring Crystal Abundance!!!! Over with lame joke and back to the point: The card is extremely usable in a dedicated deck. I'm pretty sure it's abusable, but still balanced. OTK decks wouldn't run this because it takes up too much hand cost and it ruins the idea. Good job! 10/10. A rep for you. Though this is a bit weaker when compared to his older brother in terms of both ATK and summoning conditions. 9.9/10. Maybe make it also 2900? Awesome cards that need more reps. [/quote] well what i mean is that, the look of the card makes one think you could use those 2 spell for it, and you couldn't since they're both Spell speed 1, as for chaining to one since it's Quick play may not be legal in the rules, but i wouldn't be able to find you an actual example of that in the game, since no card truly exists. Same thing applies to the Trap Fusion since using both of those traps would be a good waist of one of them =P but I like the Trap guy more, he makes more sense to me and i would say is more Balanced then the Spell Version. [/quote] Well I play Tag Force (the original, I'm a dragon dinosaur) and from dueling on that I'm sure you can use these in combination. Example 1 - I use Pot of Greed/Fissure, and I immediately chain it with Serial Spell, so I get to draw 4 cards/destroy 2 monsters. Example 2 - I use Stray Lambs to summon two Tokens. I then chain it with Emergency Provisions to gain 1000 LP. I then chain that with another Emergency Provisions to gain another 1000 LP. (This is used continually by Proffessor Banner.)
