This card cannot be Tribute Summon except by Tributing WIND monsters. WIND monsters cannot be destroyed or returned by card effects. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, Special Summon 1 WIND monster except "Eagle Windstorm of Destruction". So what do we have here? A LV 5 WIND Winged-Beast with 2k ATK and DEF with a no-SS-ing clause. It's also pickey on food. This HAS to mean it has a good effect worth noting, since it has so many downsides. ...But it wasn't so. It has two plus effects, one giving Heart of Pure Water to all WIND monsters, and another to - what? Where do you SS from? I'll assume it's from the Graveyard - revive 1 WIND monster. The first is pointless, as someone who can't summon monsters with more than 2000 ATK in under three turns is an idiot in this meta. The second is worth noting in Dragunities, but wait, that wrecks the concept and is utterly pointless. If it activated Dasher-style it could have had some use, but now...no.
