If you're talking about [b]linking[/b], here's the codes:

But if you're trying to say how do you add them on your posts, just put the follwoing:

[u]Picture[/u]: Picture Code ([url=http://www.tinypic.com]Tinypic[/url] is a good place to upload)
[u]YouTube[/u]: Youtube address.
