Daigusto Sphreez
I am in the process of making a new forest deck, however I have only made 2 cards so far - both would be classic ace cards, but I want feedback on them, especially on the OCG aspect as I would hate to make a full set to find that certain phrases that will appear on most of my cards have been written incorrectly. I would appreciate it if OCG help, as well as general good/bad feedback was expressed, To help me mold the other cards I make around them more accurately and professionally. Thanks. Here they are (Image credit to 'Ralphhorsley' from deviantart):
Lore: 1 'Forest' Monster + 2 or more non-tuner monsters When this card is summoned all face down spell cards on your opponents side of the field are added to your hand. If this card is in defense position, your opponent cannot attack BEAST type or any other PLANT type monsters on your side of the field. This cards level decreases by 2 during each of your standby phases. When it reaches Level 0, special summon 1 'Forest' monster from your graveyard, then send this card to your graveyard. Lore: This card cannot be special summoned. This card requires a BEAST type monster as a tribute for its summoning. When your opponent attacks this card, you can special summon 1 Level 4 or lower BEAST type monster from your deck and switch the attack target to that monster. This cards level decreases by 2 during each of your standby phases. When it reaches Level 0, send it to your graveyard.
Daigusto Sphreez
Its only 2 cards, can no one with more card making experience than me at least tell me if their are ocg errors?
starwebs1
1 "Forest" Tuner Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is summoned, all face-down Spell Cards on your opponent's side of the Field are added to your hand. If this card is in Defense Position, your opponent cannot attack any Beast-Type or any other Plant-Type monsters on your side of the Field. This card's level decreases by 2 during each of your Standby Phases. When it reaches Level 0, Special Summon 1 "Forest" monster from your Graveyard, then send this card to your Graveyard. This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card requires a Beast-Type monster as a Tribute for its summoning. When your opponent attacks this card, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Beast-Type monster from your Deck and switch the attack target to that monster. This card's level decreases by 2 during each of your Standby Phases. When it reaches Level 0, send it to your Graveyard. Other than those OCG errors, good pics, good titles, 6/10.
Daigusto Sphreez
Thanks, I'm still bound to make errors, but hopefully much fewer thanks to you. rep +
Lexadin
Well the OCG's already been fixed so lets skip that. Druid I must say, the pic is of great quality, it's only a bit squished . The effect however seems somewhat UP (Under Powered), even for a Synchro. I mean, the only real thing it does is protect your Plants and Beasts. Before deing after 5 turns (oh and Summoning 1 monster). Try giving it either some more effect power or some more combat power (higher stats). Commander The pic of this one is ok. Again it's UP, the attack redirect will probebly only work with Berserk Gorilla and other high power Lvl 4's combined with some crazy powerbooster. So it needs what I recommended above, more power. Overal a decent set of cards (after the fix), so fixed I'll give them a 7.8/
Daigusto Sphreez
Thanks for your feedback ^ I didn't want to make overpowered cards, but I think I made them too underpowered in the process. For the wolf commander, Perhaps I could increase the special summon level to 6 (instead of 4). For the druid perhaps the effect of only being able to attack it should apply whether its in defense or attack position, maybe? rep + Ok edited versions:
^slightly more versatile now Lore: 1 "Forest" Tuner Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is summoned, all Spell Cards on your opponent's side of the Field are destroyed. If this card is in Defense Position, your opponent cannot attack any other Plant-Type monsters on your side of the Field. If this card is in Attack Position, your opponent cannot attack any Beast-Type monsters on your side of the field. This card's level decreases by 2 during each of your Standby Phases. When it reaches Level 0, Special Summon 1 "Forest" monster from your Graveyard, then send this card to your Graveyard. ^This deck would have high attack level 4 and lower monsters, which will maximize the wolf commanders effectiveness. Otherwise its level decreases slower now. Lore: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card requires a Beast-Type monster as a Tribute for its summoning. When your opponent attacks this card, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Beast-Type monster from your Deck and switch the attack target to that monster. This card's level decreases by 1 during each of your Standby Phases. When it reaches Level 0, send it to your Graveyard.
