For once, I am lazy to do an actual review D: But the card is severely underpowered in my opinion. At the costs of a hefty 4000 Life Points, just to give one of your monsters a major ATK boost equal to all other monsters you control, you would have to make sure at first that your opponent won't be able to counter such a simple thing to well, counter with cards such as Mirror Force and Dimensional Prison. I'd do the classic thing, andchange it to half your Life Points instead. However, the card being a Quick-Play makes it quite lulzy when Set and when your opponent attacks a monster you control, leading to perhaps an OTK / FTK occuring during your opponent's turn. The End Phase part in my opinion, is sort of a 'meh' drawback to me. But overall, [b]6.4/10[/b]
