on leago you didnt add once per utrn you can discard THIS FORM YOU HAND to destory 1 card on the field

plus leago should have 1300 attack points instead of haveing 1600 attack points

The lore can be easily read. If not, for you, try CTRL +.

And I don't understand the logic of lowering Legao's ATK. It's fine.

plus legao's effect plus having 1600 attack makes it al ittle op for my taste

maybe drop his attack by 250 attack points

Such a tiny number that it wouldn't matter. Inpachi has the same stats and level.

I would not make Lageo destroy a card. That would be too splendid.

Wow guys. I have terrible eyesight and can read the lores without a problem. You must be really blind.

First two cards feel a bit broken.

IDK about Flagship, but it's worth noting that 3 of them in an opening hand is an OTK, or 1 and an Elux, at least in pure damage output. If you're considering this for the TCG, then it's doubly OTKish since Limiter Removal exists. Not to mention Honest makes the Flagship + Elux OTK able to ignore monsters.

I like Volim, Dracora & Koronex - they seem like good solid cards.

Lores will help if we want to Quote a card, etc...

You need more Continuous Spell Card Support! You're destroying Spells at an alarming rate, how are you going to replenish your supply?

I suggest a Continuous Spell Card that you can constantly add to your hand. Such as;

"All face up "Cypher" Monsters gain 400 ATK. During your Draw Phase you can add this card from the Graveyard to your Hand instead of conducting your Normal Draw"

OR

"If this card is removed from the Field by the effect of a "Cypher" monster, add 1 Continuous Spell card from your Deck to your Hand, You cannot activate that card this turn"

(I know the Grammar's bad, I tried my best )

However, I love your artwork!! I don't know how you got such good ones, and they compliment each other nicely.
