If there are no WATER Monsters on your opponent's field, pay 1000 Life Points to destroy one card on the field. Tried to word the effect as best I could but I imagine many errors. ~Shin~
WHAT IS IT WITH EVERY ONE MAKING LEVEL 8 MONSTERS !!!
When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the the Gaveyard, select 1 WATER monster your opponent controls. As long as that monster is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Tribute 2 or more monsters for the Tribute Summon of a WATER monsters. If your opponent controls no WATER monsters, pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 card on the field.
Conditions like "When this card is destroyed by battle" do not fit a 2 tribute monsters with 3000 DEF. Adding "select 1 WATER monster your opponent controls" make this effect useless in many cases. Monsters do not stay on the field for long time these days. Is "If your opponent controls no WATER monsters, pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 card on the field" a part of the effect before it ?! If so then it should be after "select 1 WATER monster your opponent controls". If it is a continuous effect then clarify that and if "pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 card on the field" is optional or not in the effect. Now if your opponent destroyed this by battle that mean he have a high level monster so why do you think he will need to tribute ?! and if so that will be later after the selected monster is out of the field. If the last effect is continuous and not optional then it is harsh on you. I do not know how to fix this I think the hole idea is not good. Anyway nice try. 5.2/10. Card Info = 0.8/1 | OCG = 0.2/1 | Useful = 0.6/1.6 | Balance = 0.9/1.6 | Originality = 1.6/2.4 | Concept = 2.1/2.
