Cool deck, in general.

It's rather interesting how these monster usually degrade their levels to 0, giving a personality to the deck. I imagine it as plants wilting and rotting, or something.

Effects are rather nice, But a few might be OPed (Time bomb effect balances that out)

I hope that I would get a chance to duel you with my deck soon.

(Uhh...Rating= 9.0/10.0)

I think I have seen your set before, but anyway, kudos to your originality! The balance is great (almost, but, what the hey) and the strategy is very unique, although Triplecycular is right, you can't go under level 1, so, if we abide by the OCG rules, your monsters would never be destroyed. The pictures all match the cards greatly, although I can see some squeezing here and there. I didn't find any OCG or grammatical errors, maybe I didn't look hard enough! :D

Bravo, bravo. It is a very amazing set, I hope you are proud of your work, because I am. It is very balance, most of the pictures told a story and the OCG complimented it with very minor defects. The countdown effect is not only creative and UNIQUE but is actually very usefull for synchro summoning when you perform fluently. With the argument of rather or not a card can reach zero is devided, because it is true that the minimum is 1 but at the same time a card effect can always contridict a rule and over rule the official statement, that is a official statement. However, an easy fix is just to think about this. When the card's level reaches zero and it is destroyed then it is sent to the graveyard, so if it was summoned from the graveyard the level would be set to normal unless it said otherwise. Another grand fix would be: Instead of saying "once this cards level reachs zero" say "If this cards level 'would' be zero"

:) 8/10 I'll come back and give more tips later.

When I first began browsing this set, I was instantly astonished at the concept of "altering" the level of a card. It's a completely different tactic, and I compliment you on your originality as I've never seen any other set or deck that implemented this kind of tactic. To fix the "can't go below 1" rule that effectively ruins these card's effect, simply say "the turn after this card reaches level (last level it can hit based on it's total level and level degradation rate)". For example, a level 3 card with a level degradation of 1 would be something like "the standby phase after this card reaches level 1, this card is sent to the graveyard". That way, it would effectively be hitting "level 0" before you send it to the graveyard.

To add to this, I would also like to mention that this deck is, in my opinion, too difficult to use. The cards are impressive, but since most or all of them die (aka sent to graveyard) within 2-5 turns, it seems like it would be almost impossible to keep monsters on the field. Cards like "Forest Troll" aren't powerful enough to have a reason to be destroyed as quickly as they are (the card I'm referring to has I believe 1900ATK/1700DEF or somewhere near that with no real effects, has only 4 levels and loses 2 per standby phase). I think that if you added some non-self-destructive cards to this set, or if you added some spell cards that recycled your cards from the graveyard to your deck, hand, or playing field, this set would be perfect (the latter option would probably fit better for the theme you want to follow).

Also, you (addressing GIMP man, although anyone is invited! :P) should check out my Zelda-themed set in the making. You seem to be capable of creating original ideas, and I would like some feedback on my set as well. Atm, it's in a very "rough draft" stage. Anyways, go to "Zelda Fanboy Set" and see what you think! :P
