This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending the top 8 cards from your deck to the Graveyard. For each Spell and Trap Card sent to the Graveyard by this card's effect, increase the ATK of this card by 900. If this card is selected as an attack target by your opponent's monster, add 5 cards from your Graveyard to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled.

Wow amazing effect and creative. The seems balanced with the tribute of 8 cards! And then you can get them back slowly with the same card.

Getting rid of 8 cards is a good drawback, but with luck, that card could reach 7200 ATK!

Interesting Effect, cool picture, I like how its a risky card, in theory it could be a 0 ATK failure or a 7200 ATK Godlike creature.

This card would be great for Lightsworns.

IF it weren't for the fact you add cards back if it's targeted by an attack.

It seems fairly balanced though, despite the potential of losing the best part of its effect.

First of all: Anyone can obviously see that the 8-milling is a positive effect, not a downside, if you actually care to play the game in a logical way.

Anyhow, for me, the summoning conditions are lovable. I just love positive cards.

The ATK increase would be around 2700. Overall decks that run heavy milling are composed mainly of monsters, since normally there's no real reason to mill Spell Cards. (Most likely the Traps are only Decree at 3.)

And the returning clause is quite awesome for Fableds, with many cards useless after the deck stops its Synchro cycle. I love that idea. ...Except this would never be [i]attacked[/i]. Destroy by cards effects yes; destroy by battle most likely no. Only Honest and stuff. So it's balanced.

The summoning conditions are enough to have this be loved all across the globe. 9/10, might be a little too OP. Maybe cut the ATK increase to x800.

awesome card a card for extreme mill good with battle mania if this card is attacked 5 cards shall be returned then youll again special summon another copy of this monster
of course if join this in a deck you need a less trap more spell so royal decree is the thing here

Yeah, nice. But either this card is too weak or too strong or its effect won't activate as it adds 5 monsters, not up tu 5 monsters.

Hmm? It doesn't say add 5 monsters, it says add 5 cards, which may or may not be monsters.
