°•Dragon Ball•° Posted December 18, 2010 Report Share Posted December 18, 2010 Hey Smesh brilliant cards nice ocg and stuff but one thing concerns me: Eternal Dragon-Envoy of Beginning and Apocalypse "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" + "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End" You cannot summon these cards because they are on the Forbidden List and I think you know what that list is. So you will never be able to use this card in a deck but..... Then, it becomes more flexible the card. If a monster is sent, you can add that monster to your hand I believe at the cost of your own that is in your Deck. Same thing goes with if the card was a Spell or Trap, except you must discard a Spell or Trap instead of sending it to the Graveyard. I like the whole stealing part, seeing this is very (ab)usable, and can make a lulzy boss for a Vampire Deck. [b]Originality / Balance:[/b] The card although based on other concepts such as Mind / Brain Control, is original, seeing it brings those two cards to a whole new Level, along with a few other card stealing cards. Balance is questionable. Seeing it only takes Vampire Lord / Vampire Lady to get out this ferocious monster. Perhaps tweak the stats a bit or perhaps make the Fusion Material Requirements more complicated? Like adding Vampire Genesis in there, but that might make the card underpowered. [b]Ratings:[/b] OCG / Common Sense: 1.8/2 Effect / Usefulness: 3.2/4 Originality / Balance: 2.8/4 [b]Overall: 7.8/10[/b][color=blue][b]Eternal Dragon - Envoy of Creation and Apocalypse[/b][/color] [b]OCG / Common Sense:[/b] OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever. [b]Effect / Usefulness:[/b] You better do Chaos Cards proud my friend. The card is immune by card effects, which only makes battles a threat, which most likely won't be a threat due to the whopping 6000 ATK and DEF. Then, you can either remove a LIGHT in your Grave from play to nuke the whole field besides this card, or a DARK to have this card attack additional times for each card removed from play by this effect, but what effect specifically? I do not know. The card is useful, seeing it makes a superb threat, boss, etc. and most likely can get you the win. [b]Originality / Balance:[/b] However, it seriously lacks to fit the above 2 compartments. Even though I did make the Fusion Materials somewhat hard on you, the card was sorta a letdown. Not that original with the effect for once, seeing it reminds me of cards that can well, attack repeatedly and cards that well, nuke the field. It also lacks in balance. Yes I gave you overpowering cards, but that doesn't mean this can't be balanced, no? I'd reduce the 6000's to 4000, and having it at Level 12 is unneeded, but optional. More costs would be better too, along with more originality.
