I agree with Maple, what does "Junk Synchron" have to do with "Stardust Dragon"? Maybe change the effect to [b]"You can only activate this card by tributing 1 face-up Dragon-Type Tuner monster. Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Extra Deck. You cannot activate "Stardust Dragon's" effect the turn it is summoned this way."[/b]
I don't think the added 500 ATK and DEF is necessary, but you can keep that in if you want =p

Well, this is quite a unique card, obviously made for the sole purpose of plot device.

...Except it isn't. It's still a card Yusei could use.

Stardust is one of the best LV 8 Synchros, and while My Body As A Shield is a tad better, Starlight Road is still used. And what? When its only negative is its suckish ATK you increase it? *Gasp* Oh no. Of course the increase goes poof after it negates a destroyah, but still...

As for the cost, Junk Synchron is arguably one of the best tuners. Of course Debris Dragon, Quickdraw Synchron, PSZ, Gale, those are better; but still.

So basically it's a OP card. 8/10 since this happens to be your first trap, which means lots.
