Is there a download-free site that can create and copy renders onto other pics? [LOCK]

I see a lot of santa hats lately. Feeling like putting one on my tomato too.

So see, I want a download-free site that can create renders and copy them. In Paint and other stuff the render turns into a square. Or, it can be giving me info on a software pre-installed in Windows 7. Either one is fine. I'm too stupid.

Gimp will always work. Just find a rendered hat or render one yourself.

Go [url="http://www.befunky.com/"]here[/url] & click ([b]Add Goodies, Shapes[/b]) >> You'll see a list on the left with some ([b]Christmas[/b]) stuffs, click and drag a shape to the image you want to decorate. To Upload an image click ([b]Upload[/b]) on the top right and click ([b]Upload from PC[/b]) in the drop-down menu. I think i saw a Santa hat or two, so yeah!

umm... i know that paint has something in free-form and rectangle-form that makes the bg (background)
transparent so you can place it on other pics
