Anbu-of-Sand
Soul Berserker OCG / Common Sense: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Excess Summon. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Overlaid Monster on this card from play to send 1 monster with a Level equal to or lower than the removed monster's Level to the Graveyard. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon all Overlaid monsters that were on this card during the End Phase. The Summoned monster('s) effect(s) are negated and they cannot be used as Synchro Material Monsters. Effect / Usefulness: The first effect is quite simple, you remove an Overlaid Monster from it to send 1 monster with a Level equal to or lower than the removed monster's to the Graveyard, but wait, WHERE DOES THE OTHER MONSTER GET SENT FROM!?!?! I'm assuming it's the field. This card when ran over, lets you Special Summon any remaining monsters that were Overlaid onto this card during the End Phase, with the downside of them having their effects negated and not being able to be used for Synchro Material. I'd say the crd is useful in some cases, seeing it sends the opposing monster, it dodges Stardust Dragon like cards. Possibly splashable in an Excess Deck. Originality / Balance: Somewhat original. It's your basic swarmer / monster that destroys other monsters, except the destroying part is replaced with them being sent. Balance is questionable. Seeing that depending on the remaining Overlaid Monsters, they could end up being just dead weight, seeing you can't use their effects or can't be used for Synchro Summons. Otherwise it's decent. Ratings: OCG / Common Sense: 1.6/2 Effect / Usefulness: 3.8/4 Originality / Balance: 3.2/4 Overall: 8.6/
Mehmani
As it is describing something in possession of the Summoned monsters (their effects) normal grammar would apply. And the whole field debacle is an error on my part.
