I would add 3 King of the Swamp for starters - cut the heroes down to single copies and just pair them with fusion subs

Fusion subs are unneeded. I'm using Masked Heroes and Generic Fusions.

Right. Mask Change goes by attribute. KoTs is a water att. that can be discarded to your yard to search out poly and sets up for miracle fusion. Poly into Absolute Zero then mask change into vapor. Use the poly'd zero out of the yard as fusion material for miracle -

If you are not concerned with the non-omni hero fusions then I would add 3 Neos Alius for sure.
