chedbonlahor
The OCG on this card is extremely tricky to word but here's my attempt: "Select 1 face-up monster you control and toss a coin 3 times. During your next Battle Phase the selected monster can declare a number of attacks equal to number of heads that appeared as a result of the coin tosses." I am fairly confident with my first part of the correction, but the second part (from During..........to............tosses) is very tricky to word, I am confident that there is a better version out there but I can't find it. You will have to do with this version for now. The card itself is much better than your last..."the neverending way" the effect is inspired and very intruiging, alas it is overpowered, you have a chance to give one of your very own monsters the power to potentially attack 3 times and if worst comes to worst and 3 tails appear there is no drawback. I suggest to put in some sort of drawback to make it fair. Perhaps you could make the drawback a LP payment of some sort, perhaps 3 x the level of the monster itself because the ability to atack more than once in 1 turn is a very powerful asset. I hope this helps

Ieyasu Tokugawa
The selected card's maximum number of attacks this turn is equal to the number of heads. That was taken directly from Shooting Star Dragon with the last bit changed. Glad you made it like this, if you had said that it gains an attack for each head, it would have been a little much, but with this there is that chance that it can't attack at all. The only thing I'd change it to give a bit of a limitation on what montsers you can select, like mabey level 6 or lower monsters or monsters with 2500 or less ATK, just a though.
