DeeJay's effect can't be used unless she is summoned by the spells effect since she can't put counters on herself so maybe you should boost the damage a bit. To fix that you would either lose the once per turn or make it continous so it makes more sense. And for pics, I might have some you would be able to use. The Blackwing Spells don't let you summon from the deck, just add them to your hand. It's the Blackwings effects that allow you to Special Summon them.
