IMO, this could easily become broken, particularly if you run 3 Cheerful Coffins, a couple Normals of each Attribute, and some not-forbidden drawing cards. Either that, or spam Mystic Tomatoes and Shining Angels and other searchers to get your Normals out, then Dark Hole, and then this.

I like it, OTK or maybe 2TK potential!

The win condition is way too simple,you can just play a needlebug nests along with an LS deck to quickly dump 3/4 of your deck in 4 turns. Perhaps if it were certain normal monsters on the field and instead of simply winning the duel, provide an extremely powerful effect which will win you the duel if you take advantage of it.
