senatheEND
This is a card for the new format that will come with Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL "An Exceed Summon can be conducted when there are two or more monsters of the same Level on the field. Those monsters can be used as Material Monsters to Summon an Exceed Monster whose Level is equal to the combined Levels of the monsters on the field. Material Monsters are not sent to the Graveyard. Instead, they are used as overlay. " This card cannot be normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Exceed Summoned from the hand. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 card on the field. If it was a DARK Monster Card, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

War Chess
I don't know much about exceed monsters.I think this card is balanced, given the summon conditions and the effect, it is cool. Fits perfectly in a DARK deck.10/10Picture is Great !

DARKPLANT RISING
How do you Exceed Summon?Friggin google. OT: The pic is terribly overused, and its effect matches! Great. That's great. The effect is a powered Caius, which is nice. Being a Excess monster it's hard to summon. It should be DARK, and its lable should be "[Fiend/Excess]". Right now 8/10. ♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
IMO >> This card is friggin OP. Chaos Sorceror on steroids. Once per turn it removes AND inflicts 1000 Damage AND this card can still attack? And what's this about Excess being hard to Summon? Marauding Captain + and Level 3 monster and you have Excess Summoned =/. Yugioh Wikia didnt say anything about the cards needing to be the same attribute or anything so a level 6 is easier to pull off than a synchro summon =/. Neither
It's effect is too much reminiscent of Caius's, I mean you just gave it the "Once per turn" clause making it overpowered. The Name and Image suits the card though.
DARKPLANT RISING
And what's this about Excess being hard to Summon? To be exact: Better to Synchro.
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Agreed w/ that but you said since it's hard to summon it's effect was fine. It's easily summoned >>. Marauding + any lvl 3. As simple as that. It's effect is as OP as it would be on a normal Effect Monster.
DARKPLANT RISING
but you said since it's hard to summon it's effect was fine. It's easily summoned >>. My logic says there's no point in summoning it if it's still harder AND weaker than Synchros. Since summoning conditions are unchangable it has to get a stronger effect, regardless of whether it can be easily summoned or not.
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
o.O Oh...Well I'd classify this as hella better than some synchros
DARKPLANT RISING
o.O Oh...Well I'd classify this as hella better than some synchrosArchfiend Zombie-Skull is worse, of course. Problem is, Goyo is better...
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
D: Goyo is way better! So is Brio i guess >>. Better than Turbo though ;D.
Kaisu
I though Excess monsters' effect activated by removing overlaid cards =/
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
I though Excess monsters' effect activated by removing overlaid cards =/And I thought Excess monsters where fail on Konami's part. Still do actually >>. But anyways, Wikia says nothing abou removal removal so I doubt thats a Konami Rule for Excess.
DARKPLANT RISING
I though Excess monsters' effect activated by removing overlaid cards =/I personally think they can have more effects, and that it isn't a rule. They can protect themselves from destruction by removing the overlaid, though.
RAEGING D0GKING
If thats it then 2 low stars and to ovrpowered 1 thousand damage to remove 1 dak wow so 4 darks in 4 turns you won. You n00b it would be 8 darks in 8 turns. And what if there are no other darks on the field? Anyway the card should say by removing and overlaid card and then destroying your opponents card. ♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
You n00b it would be 8 darks in 8 turns. And what if there are no other darks on the field? Its still OP =/. If Chaos Sorceror is limited for it's once per turn removal w/o cost and even that cant attack the turn it uses it, this card is definitly OP if it can do the same thing but also have a chance at inflicting 1000 Damage AND still attack. Anyway the card should say by removing No rulings on this, meaning it's unnecessary and then destroying your opponents cardThen that defeats the purpose. It's supposed to be an advanced version =/. Anyways his card >> It "should" be how he wants it
Guest Kokonoe
@CC: Chaos Sorcerer is Semi-Limited. @Card: It's OPed. Upgraded Chaos Sorc which is easily summoned (Yes Kenta, EASILY SUMMONED) and pretty much RFGs anything. noty.
