You say it has 2600 ATK and "it's ATK is = to num of synchros used x400"... do you mean "gains ATK" ? Second effect could find a use. It's not like you'll be wanting to leave this defending anyway. RFP effect is fairly basic but can be used, mainly to deal with Grave based cards. Don't think you should have limited it with counters though, 2 battles and it loses its edge a little.
