Dr. Horrible Mini-Set [3/???]

So yeah, this is a mini-set based on Doctor Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, one of my favorite movies of all time. There are more to come, this is just the start. Rate don't hate etc. Special Thanks to deviantART for the pics.

lore: This card gains 100 ATK for every card in your hand. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to make a monster on your opponent's side of the field with a higher original ATK than this card lose 1000 ATK. You can pay 500 Life Points to negate and destroy a Trap Card that targets this card.

lore: This card gains 100 ATK for every non-DARK monster on your side of the field (except this card). If this card battles a DARK or Fiend-Type monster, destroy the monster at the end of the damage step. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, it gains 100 ATK. Your opponent cannot select a card other than this as an attack target.

lore: When this card is activated, you can pay half of your Life Points to destroy all cards on the field that don't have "Doctor Horrible" in their name. As long as this card and "Doctor Horrible" are face-up on the field, neither player can conduct their Battle Phase. During your Standby Phase, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy this card and all face-up Spell and Trap cards. If your opponent activates a new Field Spell, you can pay 500 Life Points to have this card remain on the field.

I know my cards aren't the best, all advice is welcome.

Very nice. I like Dr. Horrible and these cards seem to really give a good impression of them. The ATK and DEF points are pretty well balanced when you look at the effects. The only problem with the cards is the fact that the Lab seems to be making you pay a lot of Life Points for the effects unless you have a way to damage the opponent without attacking the opponent. The cost to destroy the lab seems too high unless you make it do something other than just killing the field. Plus, you need to specify what 'it' is for Captain Hammer. Here is the version that would make more sense.

Captain Hammer:
This card gains 100 ATK for every non-DARK monster on your side of the field (except this card). If this card battles a DARK or Fiend-Type monster, destroy the monster at the end of the Damage Step. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, this monster gains 100 ATK. Your opponent cannot select a card other than this as an attack target.

One suggestion to write 'Dr. Horrible' would probably have to be:
This card gains 100 ATK for every card in your hand. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to make a monster on your opponent's side of the field with a higher original ATK than this card lose 1000 ATK. You may pay 500 Life Points to negate and destroy a Trap Card that targets this card.

Maybe you should make the freeze ray or the death ray. Penny is a good candidate for a card as long as you make her ATK and DEF low and make her effect big such as giving the other cards ATK and DEF or destroying Penny instead of Dr. Horrible or Captain Hammer. Just a suggestion. Hope this post helps, I'll be waiting for your reply.

And By The Way, Some Sick Cards Up There! Ya Know, The Monster Cards Look Very Fair.

What I Mean By ''Fair'' Is Like The Level Of It And The Attack. And Plus They Have Cool Effects.

{P.S} When Are You Making More? Just Because Dr.Horrible Is A Little Old Doesn't Really Mean You

Well I'm kind of feeling bad for only replying once so I'll give some feedback on some possible cards you could make. Maybe you could make a Freeze Ray equip card. A Penny Union monster. A Death Ray equip card. You could also make a spell or trap card about that floating remote control thing Dr. Horrible throws towards the van. Also maybe add The Evil League of Evil in as a continuos spell or trap card.
