While you control this face-up card, you can, once per turn, negate the activation and effect of an opponent's card that targets 1 Overlaid monster under an Excess monster you control and destroy it, you can then inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Overlaid monsters under an Excess monster you control x200.[/spoiler][/center]
