Once per turn, you can remove 1 LIGHT or DARK monster in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 DARK or LIGHT monster, ignoring the Summoning Conditions, from your Graveyard.

You must Tribute 1 Level 6 or higher DARK monster and 1 Level 6 or higher LIGHT monster from your field or hand. While this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove this card from play and select 1 LIGHT or DARK monster you control. If the selected monster is a LIGHT monster, increase its ATK by 1000 for each DARK monster you control until the End Phase. If the selected monster is a DARK monster, increase its ATK by 1000 for each LIGHT monster you control until the End Phase.

It seems a little OP in my opinion because then all of your cards are unaffected by Spells and Traps, and she can be summoned from the Graveyard with her effect.

A few fixes; Hand, and Field do not have to be capitalized.

"While this card is face-up on your Field, all [i]other [/i]LIGHT and DARK monsters you control are not affected by other card effect[b]s[/b]." -Fix, I added "other" in your effect to make this card not so OP.

"This card cannot be Special Summoned except while you control both a DARK and LIGHT monster." - Fix, and doesn't make it as easy to summon (from the Graveyard)

And finally I would lower its DEF.. maybe to 3000? and then this card should be great!
