Hi this is 1 1on1 contest between me and Spoon. So here is the requirement :

-Level 6 or higher Monster (Effect Monster only)

-It must be a LIGHT or DARK Monster

First 5 votes win, winner receive 30 points from loser

Lore:

This card cannot be Special Summoned except from the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, you can send 1 DARK Fairy-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls. The Special Summon of a monster(s) from the Graveyard cannot be negated.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card can only be Special Summon by removing 3 LIGHT Monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, remove from play 1 Monster in your Graveyard to increase this card's ATK by 1000 points. When this card destroy your opponent's Monster, select 1 Monster in your opponent's Graveyard, place that selected Monster on your Spell/Trap Card Zone. When this card is destroy, remove that Monster instead. When this card is removed from the field by your opponent's Spell or Trap Card, you can pay 1000 LP to Special Summon this card back to the field at the End Phrase.

Both cards are good and balanced, but Card B is slightly OP'ed and has little grammar errors... It is more creative. This was a VERY difficult vote but I will vote for, because it is fair...

I say card A

 

1- To powerful each turn remove fro play to gain 1,00 attack even if it takes 3 monsters still

part b. Get other guys monster and remove it from play to powerfu;

 

2- More realistic effect because its underpowered but still on

 

3- more balanced
