This card can only be Exceed Summon by tributing "Genex Ally" monsters. When this card is Exceed Summoned, this card gains the following effect for every Overlaid "Genex Ally" monsters on this card:
1+: Once per turn, return all WIND monsters on the field. Then, you can Special Summon WIND monsters from your hand up to the number of cards returned this way.
2+: During your opponent's turn, flip 1 face-down monster on your opponent's side of the field to face-up Attack Position. (Flip Effects are not activated this time) If it is a LIGHT monster, destroy it.
3+ If this card inflicts damage to your opponent's Life Points, inflict 100 points damage for every FIRE monsters in your Graveyard.[/b][/center]

You might want to proofread your effects to make sure they, you know, actually make some sense.

The first effect is odd. You say "return all WIND monsters on the field", they will return to the hand or to the Deck ? ? ?
That's the only thing I see wrong, the rest is ok.
