[Guest Synergy]

This is my first contest/tourney and I want to make it kind of original.

[spoiler=Read Me!]All YCM rules apply no spamming, trolling, and all that.

If I don't get enough people by January 1st I will cancel this contest or start with 4 players in a group if we have enough for that

End Date (since I need 1): January 20th

The 15 Contestants will be divided in to 3 groups of 5. There will be 1 judge per group who makes the requirements (will be approved by me) and judges your cards. There will be 5 rounds for every group (might add more). After only 1 person from every group is left standing there will be 1 final round where a Grand Champion will be announced. This will kind of be like an RPG where you will meet obstacles that you must overcome by making cards.

 

[spoiler=Prizes!]Every winner of their group will get +1 rep and 10% of the pot. The person who comes in second will receive another rep and an additional 15% of the pot and the Grand Champion will get 2 additional reps and an additional 40% of the pot.

 

[spoiler=How do we win?]This contest won't eliminate someone every round. Instead you will receive points for the cards you made (I call this the point system where you will add your points up) and then everybody but the winner of the groups, who will be the ones with the most total points in the group, will be eliminated in the final group round. In the final round it will be decided by the points earned that ROUND (unless there is a tie)

[spoiler=Tasks][spoiler=Entry Task]All monsters must be Level 4 or under, original ATK and DEF cannot exceed 2000, cannot have an effect that activates when it is destroyed (how would you participate if your character was dead), and must be human, or humanoid.

[spoiler=Magic and Might]You have decided to become a nobel person who fights for justice and protects the weak, you also love a good adventure. Make a Warrior, Machine, Beast-Warrior, or Spellcaster, or Fairy type monster with an effect that either gains ATK, deals with equip cards, does piercing damage, uses spell counters, increases Life points, or can prevent another card from being destroyed (without destroying itself).

 

[spoiler=Wildlife]You are a being from the wild. You hunt for food, make shelters, and do other things to survive the wilderness. Make a Thunder, Pyro, Aqua, Fairy, Winged-Beast, Beast, Beast-Warrior, Rock, or Reptile monster (must be humanoid) that has an effect when it destroys a monster by battle, changes battle position, or increases ATK or DEF during the Damage.

 

[spoiler=Demonic]You are a being of Darkness who strives on chaos. You are heartless and merciless and will do anything to get what you want. Make a DARK attribute monster who has an effect that deals with destroying cards, reviving monsters, dealing damage, not allowing opponent to do something, or removing from play cards.

During each of your End Phases, you can send up to 5 cards from the top of your deck to the Graveyard. Up to twice per turn, you can discard 1 card form your hand to Special Summon 1 Forbidden Token (DARK/Spellcaster/Level 1/ ATK 100/DEF 100). You take no battle damage from battles involving this card. If your opponent declares an attack, your opponent must attack a Forbidden Token. Once per turn, you can destroy all other cards on the field. If this is the only card on the Field, and you have 0 cards in your hand and Deck, you win the duel.

Never heard of that before but I guess there is a first time for everything ok BUT if you are in the final round you will automatically become 3rd since all judges will be involved in making the final round and judging also you must pay the entry fee
