This effect is random. This is no flow what-so-ever.

Why does it deal w/ EARTH then DARK and LIGHT and then EARTH again?

Instantly it's OP =/. Theres an EARTH deck that revolves around Flip Summoning and re-setting to bounce. This gives them stronger power. Instant boost to 2500? No. Instantly OP. Flowlessness actually makes it less playable. Its just immune to DARK and LIGHTs? So I hurd Goyo Guardian had 2800 ATK.

Sorry, but I think the effect is horribly overpowered. You could at least make you have to pay a cost for such an effect, or have a really hard summoning condition. Your ATK is too low for your level. I don't really like the picture.

Make your effect less overpowered, your ATK higher (or your level lower), an add a summoning condition, an you have a 8,5/10

=/ Why do people think Level and ATK have connections? Just because it's Level 9 doesn't mean it has to have ATK exceeding 2500. Goyo Guardian = Level 6 = 2800 ATK. The power of the effect/what the effect actually says, is what connects Level and ATK in effect monsters.
