This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by having 3 or more LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard while you control no DARK monsters. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with one of your opponent's DARK monsters. When this card destroys an opponent's Level 5 or higher DARK monster, take damage equal to half that monster's original ATK. When this card is removed from the field, neither player can Special Summon LIGHT or DARK monsters until the End Phase of your next turn.

Well first, the rules say you can only bump once every 24 hours, or 12 hours if it's not on the first page.

Now then, I can see this being run in the side deck for AoJ or Lightsworn decks, in case you happen to face someone with a Dark or Twighlight Deck, but just seems too situational to work in many different situations, plus, the drawback of taking damage for killing high level Dark Monsters makes this less playable.

I probably wouldn't run this, it may be immune to battle with Darks, but cards like DAD would still kill it.
