Hippocampus
Overall, these are nice; with the exception of Westrang, they flow together pretty well. Have you thought about adding support Spells and Traps?

xzMasteRzx
I like it. They have a nice flow to it and they support each other. You need spells and traps though. I'll keep checking in.

Hippocampus
The new spell card's not bad. It'd actually be really awesome to run a Deck of these guys. Idea: You could make an equip card or something that protects them or revives them from the graveyard. Then they'd be amazing!
-L-
This deck would be awesome in real life. Not only can it be backed up by the huge amount of dragon support, but it's special summoning capabilities are crazy. However, I think some of the cards are slightly OP'd; such as Restaro and Herasy. Restaro can special summon any "Sacred Wyvern" from your deck. That search is just too good, all you need to do is drop a tuner and you have a synchro on your feild. Herasy can swarm very quickly... if you end up having a "Sacred Wyvern" tuner, then its an instant Synchro as well. Besides that though, they compliment each other very nicely, and support can make them unstoppable. The mix of attributes are a strength as well, it stops side deck cards such as Light/Shadow Mirror, Consecrated Light and Crevice... etc... Overall 8/
Morpice
If these cards existed I would probably add them to my deck. good job.
