lore: This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 3 or more Sea Serpent or Fish-Type Monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. This card's DEF is equal to the number of Monsters you discarded x 500. Once per turn you can have this card lose 500 DEF to negate an effect targeting a Sea Serpent-Type monster on your side of the field. When this card's DEF reaches 0, add one Sea Serpent or Fish-Type monster to from your Graveyard to your hand.

its pretty good.
some OCG errors.
Has a good effect but sea sepant monsters and fish monsters are the second and 3rd least used monster in yugioh so it might not have the best effect.

I give it a 7/10

You are wrong, Tribute Summon is included in the Normal Summon. If it says "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set" you can't Tribute Summon it. This is a Special Summon. That OCG fix you gave was a mistake instead. Just to make things clear.

Um.. tdloe did those right (the bold ones) and to be honest, you can still use "on your side of the field" coz I use that a lot..

OCG Fix:

graveyard -> Graveyard

That's about it.. 9/10!

Sorry about the "type - should be Type". I forgot my Caps On that ;) cheers for that.
Anyway I said you don't use anymore the "on your side of the field" because in this context is useless and people should get used to the new OCG owning structure. I'm currently analysing OCG with a ton of other people for Konami's new Set ("Storm of Ragnarok") and prepare for some gorgeous new Effects to come, and some awesome Synchros ;D
