.Rai
You're missing out the first effect. It's mainly for limiting your opponent, to slow down gameplay a little for setting up. Thanks though!
Hila Ⅰ
Emerald Core Beast OCG fix: This card is also treated as FIRE monster. When this card is Tribute Summoned, it is placed in your Spell & Trap Card Zones. This card can attack while in the Spell & Trap Card Zone. While this card is in the Spell & Trap Card Zone, once per turn, if a Spell or Trap Card on the field would be destroyed by a card effect, it is not. Something along those lines None of them support eachother so... they're not really a set, just a collection of singles. Nontheless they are all quite balanced. .Rai
They are totally un-related singles, just in booster pack form. Thanks for comment. OCG-wise, I may change it, thanks.

Richard Steve
The first card is way too underpowered. Anyway I love the way the cards were made, they look really REAL. I give you a 9.5/10 just because of the 1st card (it'd be 10/10). Anyway, what tool do you use to make your cards? Photoshop? Or a specific program? .Rai
Okay, I might change the first's effect. Oh, and I use Photoshop for the cards but I received a template off someone who's unfortunately banned now.
Zeik
I'll start by been the stupid person and asking what an Exceed Summon is now onto the cards The Winter Nights, good at slowing the game down without crippling you too much, I think it's a bit underpowered with its drawbacks though 3/5 Raijin Fox, get two in your hand and cycle spam them to fill up your field with cheap defense that can be tributed / Synchro next turn could be useful 4/5 Flood Cabinet, Nami a nice wall that can act as a magnet 3/5 Tinker Owl, simple way to get out a good effect based synchro or even just getting something on the field for another synchro summon 3/5 Emerald Core Beast, does this still count as a monster and so be immune to spell/trap removal and can it still be attacked as normal? interesting one 4/5 Frog Beserker, card does not match spoiler/lore :/ ?/5 Le Pégase, simple but nice 4/

Lexadin
The Winter's Night I like i... Wait a minute. Ok, this can be an incredible pain when combine with Dark Simorgh. Yeah, a huge one that drains LP. Though everything else looks ok. A 8.1/10 Raijin Fox I like it, it's ballanced and has an nice effective effect. Not much more to say about it. A 9.6/10 Nami I love its art, where did you got it from? Its effect is also ballanced and effective. And is imo one of the better Excess Monsters I've seen. 9.8/10 Tinker Owl Yeah, its a lot more OP then the other cards. It is praticly a Must for every BW Deck. And DAD and other Dark Decks Perhaps even Zombies. I don't like it. A 7/10 Emerald Core Beast Pic is great. Interesting effect, its basicly a reverse Trap Monster that supports CB's. I like it. A 9/10 Frog Berserker Imo way to OP, combined with Swap Frog it becomes deadly. Lower the boost to a slightly less OP 400/450 per frog. A 7.7/10 Le Pégase Looks more like a Machine imo, but whatever. It's effect is simple, but effective. A 9.8/10 Silent It's pic is great. But its effect is, well imo UP. I don't see the potential. A 7.6/10 Nightmare Now this one is imo OP. Though I'm shure it will be ballanced when you don't recieve cards from your opponent's Draw Phase. Otherwise it's fine. A 7.8/
.Rai
Thanks, Lex. All the pictures are from JK's archive. Silent's effect is just to support adding more cards to the hand. After I add more cards to the archetype, it'll probably be a worthy card.
Zeik
yeah, don't come here all that often any more mainly stay around the pop culture section doing random mech sets.... anyhow more pressing matters Frog Beserker, the power up might be a little high for Frog's and its other effect stops you from losing LP if its going to die by battle + takes out the other monster so maybe a little too strong 3/5 Silent Deep Dweller, seems a little UP'ed at first but then it does give you one of your opponents monsters which is handy at times, be intresting to how this adds to the archetype, pic is great 4/5 Nightmare Deep Dweller, pretty fun effect, I like it 4/
Lexadin
Revulsion Fiend Simple, but effective. I'm shure it will find loads of uses. A 8.9/10 Destruction Mhh, I'm not very shure about this one. But it looks ballanced enough imo.\ A 7.5/

Lexadin
Ok lets rate the new ones. Vairon Crest I like the pic, but it doesn't really look like something the Vairon's would use. However the effect is very abusable for the Vairons and boosts things up a bit. A 8/10 Marksmen Its pic is ok. I don't like its effect imo it's way to OP. I mean a boost and a Token that can easily be Used for Synchro's or other Excess monsters? A 6.5/10 Arhat I like it. It really fits the general idea of Spirits and can be very abusable with the higher Lvls of Spirits. A 9/10 Bodhisattva I like it a lot. But the pic doesn't look very Spirit like imo. Anyways the effect is imo slightl UP. Perhaps lower the cost to 1500 instead. A 7.7/10 Waning Borealis I like it a lot. I really don't have anything bad to say about it, except maybe 1 extra Level wouldn't hurt it. A 9.8/10 Deathly It looks very nice., but why are its stats so high. That makes it somewhat OP. A 8/10 Dusk de Pride Mhh, This really is a difficould one. It's almost OP, but also almost Ballanced. Beside that it's quite ok. A 7.5/10 MechaKnight Meh, I don't feel much for this card. Though I presume it's ok. Nothing really Special. A 7/10 Monolith I like it. Very abusable in double Atribute Decks, but they're rare so it's ballanced enough, A 8/10 War Platform Simple but yet original and not forgetting effective. I like it. A 8.8/
.Rai
Thanks, Lex. I think Deathly was supposed to be Level 7. I'll change.
