While this face-up card is on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: *This card can attack while it is in Defense Position. Oh, and an OCG fix for the last sentence: [b]W[/b]hile this card is in face-up Defense Position, your opponent[b]'s monsters[/b] cannot [b]declare an[/b] attack. This card's effect has effects like Total Defense Shogun and one of the effects of that Earthbound Immortal fish thingy . And thx for the OCG fix, rep goes here.
