Lore: FLIP: This Card gains ATK equal to the number of level 2 monsters in your graveyard x700

Nice card, the only change I might make would be to make it only gain ATK for level 2 Water monsters. Anyways, the pic matches, the effect is nice (doesn't have to be a Flip effect though) and its DEF isn't too high. I like it.

Thanks I made it a FLIP effect so you couldn't just summon it in attack straight away.

A little powerful in deffece but att not so good 700 for lv 2 there are no that many lv

no its ok I thought you meant that there weren't many lv 2s counting all cards

no i meant like in decks and in effects not very many put in decks even in junk warrior deck or cards based off lv 3 or lowers or 2 or lowers
