Okay it's obvious that you aren't trying to hard while making these, if you trully are then ignore that first comment of mine.

I won't Specify what area you cards need improvement, so here are some helpful tips for you to learn:

"Fenix" for eg:
Correct OCG:

Giant Bird + Fireball
When this card is Summoned, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

Tips:
- Never use "Magic" it's "Spell"
- Capitalization is essential for words such as, Graveyard, Deck, ATK, DEF, Attack Position, Defence Position, Normal Summon, Flip Summon, Special Summon, Set etc.
- Never say "inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points" it is simply, "Inflict damage to your opponent"
- Never say "ATK points" or "Attack Points" it is simply "Increase this card's ATK by 500."
- There are more but I can't think of them at the moment.

Picture:
I never comment on the picture as I don't find it important, but it is nice to make your cards "look" realistic.

Tips:
- Go to Google and type in "Jazin Kay Photobucket" then search the albums there, alot of quality pics you can use.

Originality:
This is essential for any card creator, normal monsters like Giant Bird for eg, has only about 5 words int he description and a useless ATK and DEF. It is to plain especially for the standards of today's cards, what i suggest is look at some of the more newer released cards, then gain ideas of ways to make you card original, here's an example for Fenix you could ahve used:

"When this card is Summoned, you can discard and number of Spell or Trap Cards from your hand to destroy an equal number of Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls."

Tips:
- Study newer released cards

Usefulness:
This is crucial, if your cards are useless they won't be used and thereby be "bad" cards. If the cards don't have a specific purpose in a set, then simply generalizxe the effects to make them useful in most or some Sets eg: Special Summoning effects or Search Deck effects

Tips:
- Again look at newer released cards and ones that are used in lots of Decks a typical one used to be "Sangan" becuase of its any Monster Type card Deck Search effect.

Balance:
Make the card have power so it can be a threat, however don't overdo it, find a balance in the cards effect, add a drawback, "Tribute 1 monster" is a common effect to inflict daage to the opponent for eg.

Tips:
- Think of originality for this, also look at common effects.

Name:
With this a good name can make the appeal of the card, however don't do things like "Ancient Lord" or "God of ..." Be original in the name and interesting "Giant Bird" could be replaced by "Wyvern Gigante" or something like that.

Tips:
- Use a thesaurus or dictionary to find terms to exasperate terms and over emphasize the name.

Those are the areas I critique hope you found them useful and will look at them when need be.
