I like the card, but it is a bit to overpowerd, because he has 3000 ATK and 6-stars. Which means that you can summon him with only one tribute.

Its actually not that useful lol cause the effect will be kinda hard to activate and rare too. But its high ATK makes up for it, so yeah a 10'

Not really. Unless I'm mistaken this is for Synchro support? If so, it's good. Just because it has 3000 ATK at level 6 doesn't mean it's OP. Its a better Level Warrior. Tuningware, Pot of Avarice, Formula Synchron, are common runs in most synchro decks so it gives off healthy burn to people who use it. Since it's likely that this card will indeed be destroyed by a card effect, it'll be removed from play. Cards that retrieve removed cards aren't often run in synchro decks that I'm aware of because it breaks consistency and there are much better adds.

I'd run the hell outta this card :3.
