PLZ fix the OCG (i know it's horrible)

Well, your OCG is off, as you stated. I'm going to rate it as it is, then give you a fix.
For a Synchro, it's kind of UP'ed. If a Confiscation effect is all it gets, then it's fairly bland. However, the effect does only state "Summoned," so if you bring it back from the Graveyard, it activates. Still, fairly bland.
