In the second effect, when is this effect applied? When summoned, during your Stanby Phase or End Phase, gotta be specific here.

Otherwise I can see this in an Infernity or Dark World Deck, but tributing 2 mosnters with 2000 or more ATK might be too much, especially since it's DEF is crap.

I agree, this could go well with an "Infernity" Archetype, and you could put a few DEF points on it, though I dig the creativity, so, 8/10

If you try to keep your hand clear,you can easily special summon this card,it's hard to summon 2 monsters with 2000 ATK.If you have 2 LV1 Normal monsters on your field you just activate Triangle Power and:the result Fire Doom Lord.

Maybe a dumb question, but what is ''triangle power''?

it is the one which makes level 1 normal monsters gain 200 atk each, then they are destroyed during the end phase.
