Chevalier de Fleur

Well, the only drawback I can see with this card is that it requires a specific Tuner: Fleur Synchron...
Other than that, it seems like a nice once-per-turn Dark Bribe at no cost...
Anyways, feel free to discuss...

"Fleur Synchron" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once during each of your turns, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, you can negate the activation and destroy that card.

Wait, who would use Fleur Synchron? Quickdraw is the only choice.

And well, its effect only activates during your turn, which sucks. It can't stop your opponent from having his deck whirl into motion (the main thing Dark Bribe does). In addition, Quickdraw decks depend on Dandylion for Synchro, so LV 8's are somewhat harder to summon than the typical Drill Warrior. And, even if you could Synchro LV 8 in Quickdraw, you would be summoning Junk Destroyer unless you seriously fail. More useful.

This shouldn't go into the 15 Extra deck slots, even in Quickdraw, unless the user lost his wallet.
