You have to pay 1500 life points so that a card with only 1600 ATK can attack twice, that's a high cost for a useless effect. There are also some OCG errors in there: [s]By paying 1500 LP[/s][b]When this card is Summoned, pay 1500 Life Points.[/b] This card can attack twice during [s]each[/s] [b]the same[/b] Battle Phase.
